Chocolate Cake 2

Makes 2 (9 inch) layers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cake Flour
    sifted before measuring
  • 1 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Shortening
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teasoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions

Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer

Bake at 350° F. 25 to 30 minutes
